Application Tutorial
- CLEAN & PREP: Clean your lashes with an oil-free cleanser to remove any dirt or oils. Brush, curl, and make sure they’re completely dry before you begin.
- BOND: Dab a small amount of bond at the lash root on the underside of your natural lash, or the Clip-on Lash spine. Less is more - it's not mascara!
- LASH: Apply each lash cluster underneath your natural lashes, about 1–2mm from the waterline. They sould be weightless and you shouldn't be able to feel them, but if you can, remove and reposition 'til they're comfortable. Finish both eyes and wait a few minutes before setting.
- SET: To set your lashes clamp them with your applicator tool for a secure hold.

Removal Tutorial
When done right, removing your Clip-on Lashes is a damage-free experience. If you spot a few natural lashes when removing, don’t worry—lashes naturally shed every day, so they were ready to fall out.
- APPLY REMOVER: First, place sticky pads under your eyes to catch any residue. Generously coat Clip-on Lashes on both sides with remover using a spoolie or brush. Wait 20–30 seconds, then gently wipe or brush them off. Repeat if necessary.
- REMOVE RESIDUE: Apply remover to your natural lashes and brush gently until all bond is gone.
- CLEAN & PREP: Wipe away any leftover remover with a wipe or cotton pad. Make sure your lashes are completely clean and dry before applying a new set.
- REUSE CAREFULLY: Clip-on Lashes are reusable, so use our Lash Shampoo and Lash Cleaning Brush to remove any leftover bond, keeping your lash segments in perfect condition for next time.

Clip-on Lash Troubleshooting
-
The bonder becomes tacky within 30-60 seconds. Bond dries fully in 4-8 minutes.
Once you brush it on, you’ve got a short window to perfect placement of segments.
-
The consistency of bonder is a runny liquid, meaning a small amount goes a long way.
Due to its fluid nature, it’s easy to overapply, so using less ensures better control and prevents excess adhesive from spreading.
This helps achieve a cleaner, more precise lash application, enhancing the overall look without clumping or mess.
-
A brush-on application is used to apply bonder directly onto natural lashes, ensuring even coverage for attaching lash clusters.
In contrast, a fine-tip applicator is designed to apply bonder precisely onto the base of lash segments or clusters.
The brush-on method is ideal for full lash sets, while the fine tip allows for more controlled placement of individual segments, especially when layering or creating a customisable look.
Each method caters to different application styles and desired effects.
-
White bonder dries clear, providing a natural and seamless look, making it perfect for subtle lash enhancements. It’s ideal for those seeking a barely-there effect, as it becomes less noticeable on the lash line.
On the other hand, black bonder dries black, blending well with eyeliner or mascara to create a more dramatic and defined finish. It enhances the depth of your lashes, giving a bolder and more intense appearance.
-
It’s important to ensure your tweezers are clean and free from any bond residue when applying lash extensions.
Using dirty applicators can affect the precision and adherence of the lashes.
We recommend using an alcohol wipe to keep your tweezers clean, as it effectively removes residue without leaving behind any harmful substances.
Avoid using remover on the tweezers, as it may deposit residue that could interfere with future applications, compromising the bond.
-
Lash clusters can be suitable for sensitive eyes.
Our lashes use high-quality materials like silk or synthetic fibers, so are gentler and less likely to cause irritation.
Proper application, avoiding direct contact with the lash line, helps reduce sensitivity.
Always perform a patch test to check for adverse reactions.
-
The bond dries to a fully tack-free finish, so you can skip the sealer step if you like. We recommend sealing though, to protect the lashes and give them a gloss coating.
-
We recommend using lighter segments for stacking. Bond is best used on its own for that initial application.
